Established through a collective bargaining agreement in 1992, the Hawaii Laborers-Employers Cooperation and Education Trust is a partnership between the 4,500 Statewide union members of the Hawaii Laborers' Union, Local 368 and its over 400 signatory union contractors.
The underlying principle of Hawaii LECET is through this labor and management partnership, the organized sector of the construction industry can grow and prosper. This creates opportunities for our signatory contractors and jobs for our highly trained and skilled membership.
